If an APP is not starting or causing issues please follow the steps below:
1.- On the HOME Screen slide up from the button to the center of the screen, you will see all the APPs opened , click on Clear all to close all the APPs.
Go back to the HOME screen and try if the APP is working fine now.
2.- Navigate to Settings>Apps All apps, and find the app you are having problems with.
Click in the app icon and click on FORCE STOP. Then go to Storage & cache and click on CLEAR CACHE and CLEAR STORAGE.
Go back to the HOME screen and try if the APP is working fine now.
3.- Navigate to Settings>Apps All apps and find the app you are having problems with.
Click in the app icon and click on UNINSTALL. After uninstalling the APP , install the APP again and see if this solves the issue.
If you are still have issues with the APP after all these steps , it could be some APP is installed in your TRIPLTEK that need to be uninstalled.
