In order to get maximum charging power the magnetic connector pin should make full contact with the TRIPLTEK 9 at all times. See the images below
If the pin connector is not in full contact the connector could start heating and potentially burn.
Make sure the magnetic pin connector is about 2 mm over the aluminum base mount. You may need to push the connector harder into the mount to reach the connector height on the picture. Please refer to the pictures below
